The Born This Way star showed off her ample cleavage in the black underwear as she went out and about in New York.
She wore the bust-lifting lingerie with a wide open black top, trousers and the usual stacked-up boots.
And with temperatures in the Big Apple struggling to reach 7° , the wacky star risked a cold front.
Gaga teamed the look with a pair of oversized black shades with strange spikes at the top, nude talon nails to match her pale lips and bleached blonde hair.
The 25-year-old singer launched the Born This Way foundation this week, with help from chat show queen Oprah Winfrey.
The new charity, with the motto, “Empowering Youth. Inspiring Bravery” was set up to “challenge meanness and cruelty by inspiring young people to create a support system in their respective communities.”
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, was bullied at school but said the fund will be used to enable both bullies and victims to help themselves.
She said: “We do not make a distinction between the bully and the victim. Because each person is an equally important and valuable member of society.
“What the foundation is about is a transformative change that is going to take a long time to affect the overall culture. Bullies were born this way, too.”
