Governor Suntai Survived Air crash, In Critical Condition-Secretary To The Taraba State Government

 
The secretary to the Taraba State government has said that Governor Dambaba Suntai of Taraba State was one of the survivors of an air crash at the Yola Airport in Adamawa State. Our earlier report  named the governor as one of the dead passengers in the small plane that was being piloted by Mr. Suntai at the time of the crash.
The secretary to the government of Taraba State confirmed that the governor survived the crash, but was in critical condition. The Secretary stated that the injured governor had been conveyed to a hospital in Yola.
Two of Mr. Suntai’s aides died when the plane crashed, SaharaReporters learnt. An eyewitness said there were five passengers in the small plane at the time of the accident. Mr. Suntai was piloting.
Eyewitnesses at the scene had earlier told Saharareporters that two persons survived the plane crash, you'll recall that there was a breaking news  last night that the Governor is dead.....weather this response is just to drowse to tension time will tell.

story that Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu is critically ill is no more
an issue. What is the boggling is the ailment she is suffering from.
Following E24-7 magazine’s report in our story, HELP! NGOZI NWOSU IS DYING,
published October1-7,2012, our office was inundated with several calls
from fans, spiritualists and curious readers but recently a more
shocking revelation on the true situation of the health of the once
robust and beautiful actress who has over the last two months gone into
recluse was disclosed.  The source who pleaded anonymity and was
formerly in the service of the Nigerian Medical Research Center, Yaba,
Lagos as a nurse hinted she’s HIV positive.

According to the source who was one of Ngozi`s medical counselors at the
NMR, “Ngozi has been on medical surveillance since 2010. She is what I
will call an HIV positive patient. Her kidney problem is as a result of
her HIV complications. She used to visit the center on Wednesdays but we
have not seen her for some time now”

Asked why Ngozi took off and shunned medical treatment, the source said, “Ngozi
is a stubborn patient. I used to advise her to stop drinking and
smoking as these habits won`t speed up her healing process fast. Worst
of all, she does not take her drugs righteously. When a patient with HIV
refuses to take recommended retro-viral drugs the person cannot get
better. That is her problem.

Mind you when she visited the center not quite before I left we found
out her DN4 was so low that we immediately raised an alarm and told her
to be cautious of her her health situations and advised her to do better
in taking her drugs as required.”

The source also revealed that some of Ngozi`s problem to her not getting well may be psychological,
“You see when a patient has a troubled love life like Ngozi things will
hardly get going for her. She is not a happy woman, having no husband
and child, so her thoughts will always be negative and that will cause
her more bad than good.

She needs to retrace her steps to finding her healing and that is if she
is not already a full AIDS patient.” Currently, Ngozi has kept away
from public glare while some of her friends and movie colleagues are
seeking financial assistance for her treatment. There
are indications she has moved to neighbouring Cotonou, Benin Republic
where her former husband comes from as her aides and handlers claimed
during enquiry on phone. More troubling, are Ngozi`s recent pictures
where she looks gaunt and pale. She has since neglected public functions
and stopped appearing at movie locations.

I have restrained myself for a couple of years from commenting on Tonto Dike’s career after my last comments about her role in the soft p*rn movie she acted in two years back, were badly taken by her and she went on twitter to hurl infantile insults on my person with expletives and uncomplimentary remarks. My reaction to such then was just a dignified silence. After all, I had already spoken on her stunted talent as an up and coming actress and further comments on her incensed tweets were unnecessary.
All through the past few hours, the social media networks have been abuzz with the new singles of actress, Tonto Dike. She seems to have joined the actors of her ilk who have the moonlighting itch to delve into singing. While no one can stop such an ambition by those artistes, I do think those who surround such artistes are their worst enemies if they can’t tell them the truth about leaving their sometimes doubtful day job. Well, I will! I listened to Miss Dike’s two singles a few minutes ago and my initial speechlessness morphed to a nagging laughter and then subsided into a befuddled anguish. I’m a music label owner (November Records) and have produced and Executive Produced acts like Majek Fashek, Terry tha Rapman, Zubby Enebeli etc. I know much about music and the slant of commercial music. But after listening to Miss Dike’s songs, I’m inclined to align with the majorly negative comments about them on cyberspace. Ah-ah! Whoever produced her knew she has a bad voice for singing and masked our listening torture with the Autotune effect. But even the Autotune rejected any attempt to make a bad voice worse and Miss Dike came out sounding like she was in mid-stream orgasm instead of singing! Her anguished tremolos would have been better reserved for a horror movie sound effect than an attempt at joining the revered profession of music. If Omotola got away with her last two terrible attempts at singing, it was because Omotola is a fantastic actress and her fans could forgive her musical failings after backtracking her body of work in Nollywood. With Tonto, I can’t say much either for her acting depth. She’s a one-dimensional actress in my opinion, who mistakes notoriety for fame. She needs more training in acting and this I say with all sense of professionalism as a movie Director. She might achieve greater heights in acting if she trains more. But she has no heights to achieve in singing. Only a downward plunge, the stuff bad endings in movies are made of.

St.Janet Caught Her Husband Sleeping With Her Daughter

These are indeed sad times for lewd female singer, Omotoyosi Kayode Iyun, popularly called St. Janet as her two-year oldmarriage is on the verge of crashing.

The highly sought-after live performer caused a big stir when she made a debut with her album entitled Faaji Plus. Interestingly, the controversial album instantly became a talking-point and an object of scorn from the church podium to the lawmakers’ chambers yet sold like a hot cake. While it was banned on radio and many homes, however at street corners and beer parlours, her songs still blare with gusto.

But inspite of her musical success, St. Janet’s happiness on the home front is fast turning into nightmares barely two months after marrying her heartthrob, Olukayode Samuel Iyun who incidentally is her band manager.

We gathered that the stocky built singer has packed out of her matrimonial home following a shocking discovery by her about her husband sleeping with one of her daughters. The girl (name withheld) from St. Janet’s previous marriage was reported to have spent the last holiday with her mother and step-father at their Ilapo Estate, Alagbado home.

St. Janet was said to be happy at the opportunity of being reunited with her daughter who was before then staying with one of her relations.

Unfortunately, her joy soon turned into despair as rumours started making the rounds about an amorous relationship between her daughter and her husband. All doubts about her suspicion were cleared recently when she allegedly caught her husband making love to her daughter whose age was put around 16 right inside her matrimonial home.

Sources close to the musician told our correspondent that the despicable act had thrown St. Janet off-balance and dejected and swore never to forgive Kay as her husband is fondly called.

The development has forced the lewd singer to move out of her matrimonial home as she could not bear the shame which the incident had brought upon her.

It was also disclosed that St. Janet has temporarily moved to Esado Hotel within the neighbourhood to fend off contact with Kay.

To say St. Janet is enraged by the ugly incident is to say the least, she is completely devastated as she reportedly cancelled all engagements for about two weeks ostensibly to recover from the rude shock.

Close relatives of the self-acclaimed General Overseer of St. Bottles Cathedral told our correspondent that the singer has since come to terms with the fact that her husband is a betrayer afterall and she has started treating him as such.

For those close to the couple, it is no longer news that St. Janet is her husband’s benefactor since they started dating over 12years ago. She is reported to have lavished money and materials on him all in a bid to sustain the relationship.

To further demonstrate her love, she reportedly opened a music studio for him along AIT Road but she has since driven out of the studio.

Though frantic moves are currently being made by both families to settle the matter but St. Janet is reportedly holding out as she pleaded for time to get over the matter before she can entertain a possible reconciliation.

Omotoyosi, as St. Janet is called by her parents, met her hubby 12 years ago in Abeokuta, Ogun State and the relationship is already blessed with a year old son, Orinayo Michael.

After frantic efforts to speak with the lewd singer about the story failed, one of the musician’s close aides debunked the story and described it as mere rumour. “I can tell you categorically that the story is just a rumour perpetrated by the grapevines. Although, there was a little misunderstanding between them but the grudges have no connection with infidelity,” the aide who would not want his name mentioned in the print told our correspondent.
